Hi Scott and family of Dick Snibbe. I am Dick’s nephew and am saddened by his death. Dick once took me, a boy who was growing up with out a father, to a lunch in NYC, and I remember it to this day. it was Corned beef hash with a poached egg on top, something I had never eaten before. I hope he makes this journey well, and that you all (we all) see him one day again.
